Twistmallow will be free to download at launch. Basic cube turns, the two-turn white-cross sample, Daisy and Checkerboard are free. The US$5.99 one-time full unlock adds the full lesson and pattern library, scrambling, scanning and guided tools for your own cube. There are no free scans, ads or subscriptions. Your store shows the applicable local price and conditions before payment.
Already bought the unlock?
Use Restore purchases in the app with the store account used for your purchase. A purchase waiting for approval will unlock features when the store confirms it. If a confirmed purchase is still missing, include that detail in your purchase inquiry.
Purchases billed by Apple
Start a refund request through Apple’s Report a Problem service. Apple assesses requests under its policies and applicable law. If you cannot find the purchase or request a refund there, follow Apple’s refund guidance. We cannot promise an approval or processing time on Apple’s behalf.
Purchases billed by Google Play
For a purchase billed through Google Play, start with Google Play’s refund process. Google may direct you to the developer. If that happens, contact us so we can review the request and provide any remedy required by the store’s rules or applicable law, including a developer-issued refund where available and appropriate.
When you need to contact us
A purchase does not include personal coaching, live support or ongoing one-to-one troubleshooting. We welcome exceptional questions and circumstances. This does not limit required purchase support or your rights if a product is faulty or not as described.
Email pocketrenaissancestudio@gmail.com with the app name, the store used and a description of the problem. We may request a relevant order reference. Do not send a password or full payment-card number.
Purchase inquiries and support required for a paid app receive a response within 3 business days. Resolution and store processing can take longer. Any shorter legal or platform deadline still applies.
Your rights remain yours
Eligibility depends on the purchase, location and applicable law. Nothing on this site limits mandatory consumer rights, including rights relating to faulty or misdescribed digital content and any applicable repair, replacement, price reduction, cancellation or refund. We do not apply a blanket “no refunds” rule or require you to waive those rights.
Downloading digital content does not automatically remove every consumer remedy. Any withdrawal exception depends on the applicable legal conditions; rights concerning a defective product are separate.
