Support & contact
A little guidance.
Clear expectations.
Twistmallow is designed for self-guided play and learning. Your purchase covers the full unlock; it does not include personal coaching, live app support or ongoing one-to-one troubleshooting.
pocketrenaissancestudio@gmail.comWe’re happy to hear from you. We also welcome bug reports and feedback. General correspondence is handled as capacity allows; we do not offer a dedicated personal support service.
Purchase problems and support required by the applicable store or law remain covered. These inquiries receive a response within 3 business days; a response is not a promise of an immediate fix.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Ontario public holidays. Statutory deadlines and any shorter platform requirement still apply.
Help yourself in the app
Open Options to adjust voice, sound, motion and view settings. Use the lesson controls to hear an explanation, see a turn or replay an activity. In basic cube play, Undo takes back a move.
Basic turns, the two-turn white-cross sample, Daisy and Checkerboard are free. The full library, scrambling and real-cube tools require the one-time unlock. Scanning has no free allowance.
Report an app issue
Please include the device model, operating-system version, app version, what happened and what you expected. Tell us whether you can make it happen again.
In Options, choose Review diagnostic report. You can inspect its limited technical and activity history before choosing Share report and a destination. Nothing is sent just by opening the report. It contains no screenshots, camera images or cube contents.
If you add your own screenshot or attachment, leave out passwords, payment details, children’s names, faces and other information we do not need. Sending a report does not start an ongoing personal troubleshooting service.
Purchase or refund help
The full unlock is US$5.99 as a one-time purchase, with the local price shown by your store. There is no subscription. If you already bought it, try Restore purchases with the same store account.
Start refund requests with the store that billed you: Apple’s App Store or, for purchases billed there, Google Play. If Google directs you to the developer or an exceptional purchase problem needs our attention, contact us.
Read purchase and refund guidance →Usage sharing and privacy
Optional usage sharing helps us see which features people use, where lessons get difficult and what to improve. It is separate from a diagnostic report. Sharing stays off in every region unless you enable Share usage summaries in Options. Saved Off choices are preserved. There is no startup sharing question.
Open Options → Privacy & diagnostics and turn off Share usage summaries to stop sharing and clear unsent usage history. Open What is shared & data controls there for details and the separate recent-data removal option, which also asks us to remove summaries that this device can still identify. Older combined statistics may remain. Neither option removes your cube, progress or local diagnostic history.
Use “Privacy request” or “Security concern” in an email subject for other concerns. A parent or guardian should contact us on a child’s behalf; please do not send passwords, access tokens or unnecessary personal information.
